EWC Growth was formed in 2020 by NBG and its partners through the combination of several individual franchisees in the European Wax Center system, creating a platform for consolidation. One of the initial franchisees who sold their business took on the role of CEO of the combined company. EWC Growth Partners has more than tripled in size since inception, and is now one of the largest owners of hair waxing studios in the US.
