European Wax Center (NASDAQ: EWCZ) is a leading beauty and waxing brand. EWC Growth was formed in 2020 by NBG and its partners through the combination of several individual franchisees in the European Wax Center system, creating a platform for consolidation. One of the initial franchisees who sold their business took on the role of CEO of the combined company. EWC Growth Partners has more than tripled in size since inception, and is now one of the largest owners of hair waxing studios in the US.
Growth plan
Acquire smaller operators in the company’s current geographic location, make larger strategic acquisitions to enter new regions of the US, and open new de novo locations to fill out our footprint. We have worked closely with the management team to invest heavily in building a corporate team and infrastructure, which has helped to support the rapid growth of the company.
